Wir lieben dieses Hotel.Waren zum zweiten Mal da und alle sind sehr zuvorkommend.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr lecker und für jede Nationalität gibt es reichlich.Die Pools sind ein Traum.Deira City Center ist nur einen Katzensprung und zum Burj Khalifa braucht man auch nur 15-20 Minuten.

Kein Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel!!! Wir mussten nachts vom Flughafen 30 min mit dem gesamten Gepäck bei 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit und 36 Grad zum Hotel laufen! Ist das tatsächlich ein Flughafenhotel?

Positives: -Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels gab es viel Außenfläche. Die Pools sind eher klein aber einscheinend ausreichend, da wir erst gegen Mittags auch noch immer einen Platz fanden. -die Flugzeuge hört man garnicht -überall genug Personal -man kriegt rund um die Uhr etwas zu essen im Zimmer, und dass auch noch mit viel Auswahl. -sehr geräumiges Zimmer und auch sehr sauber -genug heißes Wasser steht zur Verfügung -Kostenlose Wasserflaschen jeden tag im Zimmer -sind eigentlich empfindlich mit Klimaanlagen, aber diese war super. Immer auf 21grad eingestellt gehabt und man spürt sie überhaupt nicht. Hab ich so noch nie gesehen, da ich normal immer erkältet bin mit Klimaanlagen. Was uns weniger gefallen hat: -ein Pool der größte von allen hatte geschlossen. Wurde nicht beim Check-in bzw. Bei Buchung erwähnt -wir hatten ein zimmer wo wir nicht hinausgehen konnten. Wir haben laut Buchung verstanden, dass eine kleine Terrasse dabei wäre. Dies hat uns ein wenig negativ überrascht. -unser Fenster ging nicht auf bzw. Nicht richtig zu. Wir haben es gleich gesagt wo wir ins Zimmer gingen. Es wurde auch gleich ein Techniker geschickt. Er hat ein Teil ausgetauscht aber es änderte eigentlich nix daran. Wir haben festgestellt dass die Fenster wahrscheinlich bei allen zimmern nicht richtig zu sind. In Österreich hat man da halt andere Standards, vor allem da die Klima somit mehr Energie braucht. -die Metro hört man im Zimmer. Uns hat sie nicht am schlaf gestört.

Es ist eine tolle Anlage.Die Pools sind ein Traum.Die Zimmer mit Terasse ebenfalls.Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.Beim Roomservice wird ab und zu mal was vergessen,aber auf Nachfrage erhält man alles.Mit Taxi erreicht man alles gut.Metro ist zu weit für uns mit Kleinkind gewesen.Der Shuttle zum Strand und in die Mall fährt nur einmal am Tag und braucht 3 mal so lang wie das Taxi,daher haben wir es nicht genutzt.Die Zimmer sind schön groß und toll ausgestattet.

This was an overnight stay ahead of travelling on to Dubai. The hotel was lovely and staff were very attentive and friendly. Only slight issue for us was we arrived in the evening, by about 9pm, however our room wasn’t ready - as we were travelling with a young baby and had been travelling all day we really needed to access the room quickly. This was the only issue we encountered and everything else was very good. Breakfast and in room dining were very good.

Didn’t expect much since it was an airport hotel but it’s definitely very nice, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly.

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for years and it never disappoints, although this year we suffered from mosquito bites in the room, which was uncomfortable. The Spa could do with a refurb as it's starting to show signs of neglect.

Close to the airport, amenities are great. I’ve never seen a gym so well equipped in a hotel before. They even have a bar to get coffee or after work out shake (with a fee). They have two pools one to relax and one to do laps. Restaurants were great. The morning buffet was included with my room and it was really extraordinary. Room is big, the bathroom is also big and gives intimacy for “number two” with a small toilet cabin with door. Hotel is well located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes by foot from red metro line). There are also shuttles directly from the hotel to Dubai mall. I definitely would stay there again anytime.
