The cleaning fee included in your booking covers check-out cleaning only. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any violation of this rule may result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

Late check-out: A fee of AED 50 per hour applies after 12:00 PM without prior approval. Late check-out is subject to availability.
