Although it’s usually student accommodation, they absolutely make it feel like a proper hotel experience during stays. The whole place was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. « One day before my stay I sent a message to the host about details and my reservation was cancelled. One day! I had booked this months in advance. I did get a full refund but booking at one day in advance left few options and higher prices. The reason was “we got spam and had to cancel your reservation”. I don’t understand and was really upset about the short notice! The host did not respond to my messages after stating the reason for the cancellation. »
