Perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik
We all liked the property, it was clean, with good supply of essentials and cutlery and crockery. It is about 20 minutes walk to the old town, which was good for us. It is also close to a bus stop so very easy to get to. Communication was really good, very prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place and location
Absolutely wonderful apartment. The beds we’re comfortable, the living and space and kitchen are perfect for the people in the bedrooms upstairs and the hot tub was a delightful way to end a day in Dubrovnik. And a quick 15-20 min walk to the old city and less than 10 to grocery stores and restaurants. If Uber is your thing, we only paid over €5 to go to the port. Would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. The main office folks were super helpful and kind!!

Chic Apartment but a long walk uphill/downhill to town.
The property is modernly furnished, compact and well appointed. The property is on shared ground and you are in very close proximity to the next door apartment that is also managed by this agent. When using the balcony you can easily touch the neighbors balcony so there is no privacy there - however the balcony is great for enjoying the afternoon sunshine and the district/garden views. The ensuite bathroom is a little tricky to navigate as there is a sloping roof that is easy to hit your head on. The hot tub is also shared with the next door neighbor - we happened to have some very messy girls who were using it and left glasses with empty cigarettes all over the common property. Not something to worry about if you have a good/courteous neighbor but something to be mindful of. The check-in process took a while for the agent to come and to escort us to the property but they were friendly and informative. You also are required to do an inspection before you depart so you need to build that time into your schedule. It is also a fair walk to Dubrovnik Old Town up/down hill depending on the direction. We ended up using an uber as it was too far in the heat to walk. Overall the pictures are accurate, the agent was fine and our stay was comfortable. I would probably opt for something closer to town next time.

Perfect place for family stay
This place was perfect for our family. It has both the historic charm on the outside as well as being completely renovated on the inside. The balcony and hot tub are an added plus if you just want to stay in and relax. Also, we loved that it was managed by Hedera Estates because you have hotel amenities with the space of an apartment. They were even able to book our airport transfer and hold our luggage when we checked out so we could stay in Dubrovnik a bit longer. Only thing to keep in mind is that Dubrovnik area is very hilly, which can make the walk into the Old Town a bit tough in the heat.
