„SeaSpray was a very charming place. 4 cottages grouped together but with plenty of privacy and space. We stayed in Number 4 which is a quaint 1 bedroom. It was spacious yet maintained the era it was built. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next get away.“

„We were so happy to find a home that not only allowed short stays – just three nights – but also our Sweet mini doodle and literally a stones. Throw up a Dune and on the beach. Perfect house for a couple even the linens were quality! And the communication with the host was always immediate and first rate. Cannot recommend highly enough.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect — just a quick bike ride to the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet, family-friendly, and great for walking the dog. The home itself was beautifully decorated and spotless, with clean rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The game room was a huge hit, and the pool was just the right size for relaxing after a day in the sun. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again.“

„Lovely cottage with real wood interior in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. Central AC. Kitchen is well furnished with basic dishes and flatware but we did bring our mobile kitchen with a heavy frying pan, carbon knives, coffee-making, drink-mixing kit. Beds are good (bring your own sheets). Short walk to the beach, near restaurants and services. Great communication.“

„Can’t beat the location. Not the newest property but the unit was nicely appointed and included Keurig and many kitchen/bath starters, such as shampoo, conditioner, kitchen soap/sponge, paper towels and linens. Steps to Arts for breakfast and/or cocktails. Beach was directly across the street—2 min. walk. We’ll be back!“

„We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.“

"The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better impression."
