Welcome to our house located at the entrance to Duclair, in the heart of the Seine River loops. An ideal place for a stay with family, friends, or for work, all while enjoying Normandy.

The 68 m² house is spread over several levels and has a private outdoor courtyard with a barbecue to enjoy sunny days.

On the ground floor you will find: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a workspace. On the first floor: a bathroom (shower cubicle and toilet), and a bedroom with two single beds. On the first and a half floors: a living room and a double bed on a mezzanine. On the second floor: a large bedroom with a double bed.
