We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit. However, our dedicated guest service team is available to assist you from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM should you have any questions or need support.

While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. The lively craft and brewery district occasionally hosts live bands, which may be audible from your loft. Earplugs and noisemakers are provided in each room for your comfort.

Long-term stays are welcome. Please review the weekly dog fees below if you are planning an extended stay with your dog.

- This property is dog-friendly; specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to keep them on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also, be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of the property. Please respect neighbors by limiting pet barking on the property; a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed; the pet fee is $75/dog, and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY; no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
