omg where to start. the only thing this person has said that is correct is that when she rang the bell I appeared. It was 7.45 as breakfast was starting at 8-9.30. I had a full house of guests 18 to be exact and she was the only person to say that my husband told her 7.30 which he disputed. There was milk and juice in the fridge, only she had obviously looked in the guest fridge and not the small one on the breakfast bar. I did say I would refund her once she had returned my set of keys which I am still waiting on and had to go and get another set cut since she didn't. This all happened 2 months ago! I suggest any people thinking of booking read the previous reviews for a honest version of my place.

Hi thanks for your comments, last few years have been a real struggle and still playing catch up financially. Being an independent I don't have the surport a bigger establishment has. I have a to do list as long as my arm but I do try to give a clean bed for a fair price.

Hi I appreciate your comments, because the weather was so warm both windows were open which must have caused the dust as I assure you I check the rooms and have been full most nights. Your right I need to clear out my office, never seems to be enough hours in the day. As for piles of clothes everywhere, I don't know where your talking about? I do the ironing in my own private lounge and maybe that's what your meaning but that's hardly everywhere!

well where to start ANONYMOUS GUEST. I'm an independent so the previous 2 years have been a real struggle. Unfortunately the Business interruption Insurance I had didn't cover. So like many others took out a bounce back loan which needs to be paid back as well as tax on the grants I received. I work from 7 in the morning until 9 most days as I am 7 days a week. I have advertised for help and the last person was stealing from me ( took me few weeks to realise that someone would actually do that). Then last weekend hence the curt response a friend who came in to give me a hand dropped down dead! yes died here, don't worry she waited until all guests were fed! Trying to get tradesmen to come and do small jobs is neigh impossible so if you know someone who could give a good lick of paint and a few hours with a screwdriver point them my way please. Why someone saw fit to make a hole in the wall or leave shower running and door open is beyond me, as well as steal remote controls or a kettle which happened last month.

I look to be selling in a couple of years so not updating the bedrooms since who ever buys will want to. As for cleaner I pride myself on supplying good clean b & b at a reasonable price.

Very disappointed with this score since no exclamation given! However I had to leave a note of contact details on the door since I wanted to go out. I always ask for approximate arrival time but none given even messaged guest to enquire since I wanted to go out but no response. Guest called just after 7 and my Husband let him in. He didn't come down for breakfast and left at 10.
