« Staff was very nice. It was excellent to find a property with rooms for 6, that is rare! So helpful for a big family. Carpets in room are old, and could use a good cleaning. Overall the room was clean, and we were comfortable. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. Staff said they would get it fixed. »

« The room and beds were clean and comfortable. However the room door didn't close and latch on it's own weight and had to be pushed or pulled closed. It took a very long time to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with general choices. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toast, bagels, cereal were all available and I have to say the coffee was delicious. « Everything started ok but when I went to get some Ice could not find any so called the desk and I had to go down a floor for the Ice no Ice on my floor. The room was nice but hard to get the temp steady it would get hot and air would come on at it was way to cold so at night I would get hot then cold need to fix there setup air on window and control on other wall. Then I wanted some coffee and no coffee maker in the room called the desk and had to go down to pick up a coffee maker. So I was...

« Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. »
