- Nested on the fantastic Victoria Parade with magnificent views over West Bay on the Firth of Clyde, this property is just a short stroll to the beach and within walking distance of Kilbride Forest and Bishops Glen. It's perfectly positioned to explore Dunoon on foot with its excellent shopping, eateries, leisure facilities and fascinating Castle House Museum. Explore the promenade and visit the Victorian pier, play a round of Golf at Cowal Golf Club and Innellan Golf Club, or enjoy sailing and water sports on the Firth of Clyde. The area is a paradise for walking and biking with the Argyll Forest, Puck’s Glen, Ardkinglas, Gruffalo Trail and Benmore Botanic Gardens. Or catch the ferry from Colintraive to the mystical Isle of Bute.
Step inside this fantastic luxurious property into the vestibule with seating area and wonderful sea views to enjoy, and walk through to the spacious hall. The cinema room is to your left and has comfortable reclining chairs, a large cinema screen with cinema surround sound and quirky bar, where you can relax and admire the breathtaking sea views. This is followed by the dining room which is ideal for family gatherings, with a handy separate additional WC located next door.
