We stayed here for six days and our only regret is not staying longer. David is also a great host who answered our questions immediately and we felt well taken care of both before and during our stay. We will definitely want to come back at some point! »

« We spent a lovely weekend at Hollybank & can’t fault it at all. Enough space to either spend time in small groups or be together as a group of 8. Very well-equipped kitchen & loved the option for either casual dining in the open-plan lounge or the more formal dining room. Would happily return at any time. »

« Strathendrick House was the first stop in a family trip to the Highlands. We found everything about this beautiful home and the area to be perfect and wish we had planned to stay longer. Hector and Heather were responsive and extremely helpful. We loved visiting the restaurants (delicious food options) and grocer in Drymen and found everyone to be so welcoming and helpful. The excellent rating for this property is very accurate and well deserved. »

« Such a beautiful location and cottage. Stayed in the Oak 2 Bed cottage and this was a home from home. They think of everything (including sachets of condiments). This stay was perfect for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The bedrooms are so spacious so plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom with you or the 2nd bedroom. Waking up and opening the curtains to the views and the sheep was fantastic. We would definitely be going back. »

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est magnifique, très bien situé pour découvrir la région du Loch Lomond . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et se sont rendus très disponibles pour nous donner toutes les indications. Le gîte est excellemment bien équipé, on se croirait à la maison.... Nous avons également très apprécié le panier d'accueil . C'est un hébergement fortement recommandé et si nous en avons l'occasion nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. »

« Endroit vraiment magnifique de calme et d’une ambiance intemporelle située sur le rivage de Holy Loch. Tout est parfait, propre, joli, typique, spacieux et fonctionnel. L’animation quotidienne est l’amarrage du bateau Ferry sans bruit au bout de la propriété . La météo beaucoup moins ingrate que dans les montagnes plus au nord. Bon point de départ pour des excursions avec une voiture. Situation à 10km de Dunoon. Magnifique, à recommander ! »

« This place is like one out of a fairytale. Most spacious! The property owner cooked amazing l meals and brought them to the room herself! They are wonderful people to meet! There are so many places within walking distance to see and enjoy in the area. The people who lived on the island are so very kind and gracious! Absolutely stunning home! Full of jacobite history for those Outlander fans! It was the best vacation i could have ever wished for! »

« The lodge was perfect for an outdoor family like us with dogs. Location is quite remote but that's what we like. We'd advise going stocked up with food and drink before going. there is a pub within walking distance with pub food and a great pool table. Meals were after 6pm. The lodge was very comfortable with everything you need. Having the sauna was fantastic especially after a long day out. There is a lot do do around the area but do expect to drive here and there. « Great cottage - photos don’t do it justice. Well supplied kitchen with everything you could need or want. Cosy and comfortable lounge, wood burner was lovely and all the tv and internet worked perfectly making it a great hideaway even in poor weather. Comfy bedroom with electric blankets - perfect for lazy winter mornings. »

« This was a nice cottage but the beds were very uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and felt like you were sleeping on the metal. I was not comfortable here and did not stay the entire time that I booked for. »

« I booked Morelaggan House for my family and friends to get away for a few days during the school holidays. The house has amazing views over Loch Long and set in a quiet area about 5 minutes drive into Arrochar. The kids loved the toy room and running around, while the adults mainly used the kitchen/dining area. There’s a large projector screen and access to Netflix, Apple TV etc. and a piano too. We also got the fire going with yhe log provided. Plenty of parking for several cars too. All round...

« The cottage was spotless and well equipped with binoculars, piano, kitchen equipment to bake, roast and barbecue. Good for disabled as ground floor bedroom and toilet facility. We had a great break, with our daughter and dogs, enjoying walks locally. »

« Really enjoyed our stay, the lodge was bigger the we thought it would be. Lovely and clean with lots of outside space. Nice big new tv (we could get the dvd to work, need a different lead) but that was find as the weather was lovely so dint watch too much tv. »
