« This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing. Also, there was not enough toilet paper (at least that we could find) to cover all bathrooms so we had to buy some. But like I said overall very very nice and would definitely...

« The Nordic nest is a lovely getaway. It’s perfectly outfitted, with little extras like the candles and options for coffee, great local recs, and Joan is a very responsive and kind host. Highly recommend this beautiful spot. »

« This is a very comfortable home with a spectacular view. Perfect for our group. Worked well as a vacation spot for the family member who needed to be at Mayo for appointments one of the days—less than an hour drive away. The deck was lovely for evening meals, sunsets, and visits. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Open and spacious. Just what we needed to prepare wedding flowers, food, etc. peaceful and nice outdoor setting. would have loved to have enjoyed that but time didn’t allow. Later checkout was helpful after three days of wedding prep and celebration. Very appreciative! »
