Great Location

Beautiful, well appointed vacation rental. Very quiet and lovely setting. Spacious rooms, stocked with everything you need. Pool and hot tub were great, golf course excellent and distance from Durango no issue.

Plenty of room for our big family, beds are comfy, great outside balcony with a view, the kitchen has every single thing you could need including a crockpot and tons of platters and plates for big family dinners. Ideal location, and the home is very clean! Great communication with VRC, they are super responsive with any questions. And the amenities are super — the pool and workout facility were awesome. Highly recommend this property and VRC!

The unit has plenty of room for all of us to gather, and the bedrooms offered lots of options for sleeping arrangements. We especially appreciated that the Queen bedroom has a sink/mirror/toiletries area and that it also connected to the full hall bathroom. All the bedrooms have big walk-in closets with drawers for easy storing of our luggage and belongings. The kitchen has every appliance you could need - even a crock pot!The neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained, pool and fitness center were awesome! The balcony/patio off the back overlooks one of the holes on the golf course, beautiful! We were super pleased with the customer service, highly recommend!

Amazing Experience

We booked this property a week prior to out stay. We switched gears because AZ did not have enough snow to ski. We were so fortunate to find such a perfect place. It was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked (we even used the crockpot), towels and bedding were good quality. Lots of great spices and high quality plates. Location was excellent, very close to Purgatory. It was warm and inviting, we had a wonderful time! Can't wait to go back next year. The only thing I would add is a drip coffee pot or add to the description that there is only a Keurig so one can bring their own. The one bedroom upstairs with the double bunk beds was a bit tight. No one wanted to sleep on the bottom bunk due to the closeness of the top bunk. I would suggest making that room just a queen bed. Not sure those beds were meant to be bunks? We also could not get the steam shower to work in the master. Thank you for opening your beautiful house to us!

Loved every minute!

This property exceeded our expectations. I am pretty picky and I had zero complaints about this home. It was beautifully decorated, well cleaned, had everything we needed. The location was perfect- close to slopes and Durango. We enjoyed the Mineshaft restaurant in site, went there a few times! We hope to stay here again!

Having the covered deck outside was a nice venue for cocktails or quiet reading. Very nice house, awesome location.

The place and village was very nice and relaxing. Just far enough away from town to be quiet and situated in scenic beauty, but close enough to get to any Durango activities. I would love to stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was more than adequately stocked with all the cooking and dining requirements. There was ample basics for our stay, we did not need to buy any extras. Linens and towels were really good quality. There was enough space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The mattresses were firm and super comfortable.The only negative I would say was perhaps no one had been in recently after the last cleaning was done-so the guest bedroom had a lot of dust on the both the nighstands and in the bathroom too. Some of the light bulbs were also out. We did not want to call the Maintenance so we opted not to use one of the bedrooms.It would be nice for a Maintenance and Cleanliness check to be done a few days before guests arriving.We could have called Maintenance during our stay but decided it was not really a problem and we managed fine.The only other thing to look at maybe is perhaps providing a Space Heater for the Master Bedroom as it was cold and the heating was not effective. The guest room was quite warm so we closed the vents in the room and it was quite comfortable as the comforters and blankets provided were more than sufficient.We loved the house and would love to return again! Andi was super helpful. Though it would be nice to update the listing with the amenities-such as blender and toaster which are provided at the house and we were not sure before coming.
