« Despite a little trouble with hotels.com, Dulce and her manager, Bo, reached out to me personally before check in and were able to resolve the trouble and even allowed me to check in early. The hotel was clean enough to make me overlook small cosmetic issues. The room was big and comfortable. The shower’s water pressure made its own weather pattern somehow and I had a time keeping the curtain drawn, but I ultimately decided it was funnier than it was inconvenient. The manger contacted me and offered me another property that was clean, comfy, and meet all of the expectations lined out. I was slightly disappointed, but there was no change in amenities, and the new location was actually closer to where i needed to be so it worked out better for me. »
