My message wasn't answered so I decided to call the contact #. She answered right away and was apologetic that the instructions hadn't been sent and sent them while we were on the phone together. « It was a quiet clean home in a nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. If you’re looking for outdoor backyard patio places to sit there is no furniture, but there is a gas grill for cooking. »
