The cottage is immaculate and comfortable and offers a partial view of the water from the back deck and the kitchen. A very short stroll a block down the street leads to a beautiful full view of the water, amazing sunsets, the turkey point lighthouse and soaring eagles.

Sonesta ES Suites Wilmington - Newark
Clean, well maintained apartment/hotel. Quiet and friendly area. The only negative point: the kitchen is not sufficiently equipped (no oven mitts and no dish towels). We really enjoyed our stay. :-)

Stunning waterfront villa with indoor pool and kids swing set and play area.
Excellent property and location. The host David provided many amenities that were so appreciated! So many wonderful areas for relaxation within the home with super comfortable furniture. Truly canât wait to make this a yearly destination.

Waterfront Lodge packed with Amenities
This incredible house was perfect for our group of friends. We were a group of 9 adults looking for a relaxing long weekend and that is exactly what we had. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were a huge plus. We enjoyed several fires around the fire pit as well. The location is not far from wineries, ...
