« Staff was exceptionally attentive. I needed a small bit of dish soap and he gave some. That’s customer service. »

« I will NEVER stay here again. It was dirty, poorly maintained and falling apart. Sheets on bed had big tears and holes. Housekeeping took out trash and soiled towels yet did not make bed, left comforter and sheet in chair, no trash liners in can and no new towels or soap. Hair dryer didn't work. It was disgusting. »

« When we arrived we learned the pool was closed and had been for a few weeks. We specifically booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool at night with two kids, they were really excited. If we would have known before arrival, we would have booked somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and kind. »

« L'hôtel est facile à trouver, il est sur le bord de la Highway 192 W; L'accueil du soir du matin sont excellents. Merci pour la petite bouteille d'eau offerte avec mon prénom dessus lors de mon départ. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant, il y en a pour tous les goûts, chaud ou froid, par contre. Au petit déjeuner : Il serait judicieux de remplacer la vaisselle jetable par de la vaisselle lavable, cela engendrerait moins de déchets ! »

« Breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit, toaster didn't work for bagels. Pool was dirty and hot tub didnt work. They were doing construction on the building who woke us up at 7am each morning we were there. Would definitely never go back to this hotel. »

« Air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work well, tv had a black line through screen. Bed was okay and room was clean. »

« Cabin is fantastic, we saw deer every day and cows all over Host was awesome and getting to feed the Highland cows was unforgettable With limited internet and cell service it was a great few days to unplug. »

« Les dernières rénovations à l'hotel et les chanbres ont été faites il y a longtemps et n'étaient pas de qualité (peinturé par dessus de vieux supports plus que de les enlevé/platrer). Le déjeuner manquait de plusieurs choses. »

« Had to come back after I first arrived. Manager was away, no one there to check me in. Had an awful rotten stench in the hallway. Paint peeling off the bedroom walls. One set of towels in the room. Had to ask for a second set. »
