« At check in, noise from water feature was so loud the receptionist and I had to shout at each other. To get to the converence center it was necessary to walk some distance throgh smoke filled casino. Buffet open only Thurs-Sun leaving only fance dinning or snack bar as options. Wait staff and service in fancy dinning slow and did not seem experienced, needing reminding what servicing pieces were needed. »

« The TV didn't work. There was a long sheet about how to get it working but who has that time? How about using the remote as usual? Every hotel should have blackout drapes but they did not. People moved into next room with a non-stop yipping dog. The stay overall was great but for price these issues need attention. »

« We like old hotels and the Julian is elegant. . The staff was very helpful. We missed not having coffee offered in the lobby. We missed not having 2 chairs in the room but they brought another when we requested it. Temperature in the room was difficult to control. Overall stay was pleasant. »

« Paul was a great host. Showed us around the property and our room. Was very polite and welcoming. This is a very quite place and perfect for a couples get away. We had the tower room which has a whirl pool at the top. Me and my wife loved this place. The property has a gazebo, fire place and a small pond with waterfall. Wry relaxing »
