„Check in was easy, our room was on the first floor & even with being close to an exit door it was quiet. We didn’t use the microwave or stove top and the ice maker was a little noisy but a wonderful convenience. Bathroom was very clean! Bed & pillows comfortable too “

„The hotel is set in a lovely country setting right off the highway. It waa cozy, cleab and comfortable. One of the quietest hotels we have stayed in, with the minor exception of the air conditioning unit, which was a little loud, but not obnoxiously so. The breakfast was delicious, with good options available. The staff were all friendly. Would definitely stay here again.“

„Beautiful historic building in downtown Maquoketa. While it might lack some of the amenities of more modern hotels, it.more than makes up for it character and ambiance. The host that greeted us was very friendly, courteous and nice. Offered to help carry our bags up to our third floor room. It is within walking distance to Maquoketa Brewing and other businesses downtown. Overall would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice peaceful place to stay and would definitely stay here again.“
