„My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not ...

„Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member. “

„The property and the staff were great. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Particularly appreciated the 24-hour access to free coffee and tea. Over the last few weeks, I have stayed at multiple hotels in the Richmond area while attending training near the airport. Although hotel location is about 15-20 minutes away, it is by far the best hotel I have stayed in and much better than the options closer to the airport.“

„Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in.“

„Wir hatten ein großzügiges Apartment mit Küchenzeile und einem Schlafzimmer. Ein Bettsofa ließ sich leicht auseinander klappen und die Matratze war gut. Der Kühlschrank hatte sogar ein großes Gefrierfach. Die Lage war ruhig. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend bis gut mit einer relativ guten Auswahl.“
