Beautiful location! Kitchen was wonderfully equipped, lots of silverware, plates and glasses for a large group.Several minor things needed maintenance around the house, not enough to affect our stay. Host was responsive to our many questions. An operating manual would have been helpful.

This property was in a fantastic location—right on the water with absolutely amazing views. The home was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped for large gatherings, making it perfect for families or groups. It offered plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. 10 out of 10 and rightly so!

What a brilliant house to stay in and a real home from home. From the warm and generous greeting on arrival, to the contents of the kitchen cupboards that tell you this is a much loved family vacation home, to the all of the extras you could possibly want. And then there’s the location and the amazing view!! Above all, though, it’s the generosity of spirit that this house exudes that makes it so utterly special. Second stay here - just as amazing as the first time!

This is the perfect property for large families. It's incredibly clean and stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out comfortably-3 decks and a covered patio so even if the weather isn't great you can still enjoy the outdoors and views. By the way, the views are amazing-the water is so close you feel like you are on a cruise. There are so many little things that make the stay enjoyable-firepit, outdoor bar and refrigerator, hot tub, basketball hoop, etc. The inside is pristine with high end appliances and technology. The owners are fabulous and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The location is amazing - walking distance to ice cream, snack bar, restaurant and cute beach with splashpad for kids. It's a short drive to everything else you could want but the home itself is in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed!

This property was wonderful and my entire family was very pleased. The only thing that I want to mention in case it makes a difference to other renters is that although the property is oceanfront, the actual access to the beach was difficult. There was a 3-foot drop from the patio to the beach - and no stairs or other way to navigate that drop, nor easy way to get back up. For children and "old ladies with bad knees" like myself, this was a very big problem. The neighbors kindly allowed me to swing my legs over the side of the porch (not easy to do) and use their stairs, but their bottom stairs were covered by the ocean during high tide, severely limiting the time that I could access the beach without walking into the ocean itself.

Location, view, access to the beach in front, kitchen has everything and more, big living area supported our family of 11. Deck furniture nice and enough to support our group, also stairs to the beach had a nice mesh gate which in our case was needed for our 1 1/2 yr old. The beds were OUTSTANDING (I'm a comfy bed snob) . They had beach towels and games. We used the jacuzzi everyday. The communication with the owner was fantastic very quick to answer my emails. We have a big family and will absolutely stay here again!!.

Outstanding property and experience

Our extended family stayed here together and everyone agreed it was fabulous. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were incredible. It had everything we needed and more. It is in an amazing location-quiet and family friendly but still close to plenty of things to do. The house was so nice we never wanted to leave. Absolutely perfect for a family vacation!

Beautiful views and a great place for big groups

The property has gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. You walk down the 1st floor deck stairs and are right on the beach! It worked well for our big family gathering. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The 3rd floor space was great for my baby, because he could nap while everyone was on the 1st floor, and you couldn't hear anything on the 3rd floor. The host was very responsive.

A beautiful family vacation venue

Wow! What an incredible home and location. Right on the water with beautiful views from the decks. The main floor provides a fantastic hangout space with kitchen, living room and dining room. Our entire family had a blast. The main floor deck was our gathering space day and night, but the beach and hot tub also were favorites. Thank you, Marisa, for the great stay and communication!

A gorgeous spot on the water for a family trip!

We couldn’t have been happier with this rental. The view was incredible! In fact, we heard from several different people that it seemed as if we were on a house boat because everywhere you look you can see the water. We stayed here with family, ranging 2-90 years old and everyone was happy. The top apartment was great for kids to sleep in because it is sheltered from noise below. The kids caught fish and crabs on the beach while the adults hung on the deck watching with a fire pit to keep them warm. The house was better stocked than any rental I’ve been in…plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, paper plates etc. The owner was also quick to respond to our questions. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

Wonderful House

The pictures don’t do justice to this place. Huge, greatly stocked and well designed house. We usually rent places 4-5 times a year for family and friends get togethers and this one by far was one of the best of our stays. Everything is thought of thoroughly. The elevated first floor has open layout has kitchen/living and dining areas where most of us used to hang out. Me, my husband and our toddler stayed on the third floor which consists of a bedroom, a living room, nicely sized kitchen and laundry area. So whether I needed to prep or reheat some meal, store produce or simply wash the clothes I could do it within our quarter. Location cannot be better. Right on the water with astonishing views. There is a very nice playground 5 minutes away by walking. Long driveway was used by our toddler to safely ride his scooter. There are so many things to list about the house that made our stay there cozy, comfortable and memorable. Thank you Marisa and John for your hospitality and quick communication.
