« Appartement très bien équipé disposant d’un parking sur place, d’une salle de sport, piscine, salle de jeu etc… Lumineux avec beaucoup d’espace et lave linge et sèche-linge! Parfait pour faire une halte. Proche de Muséum District et de Montrose: quartiers d’intérêt à Houston. Seul bémol: le quartier étant celui du médical center, hélicoptères et ambulances au rdv non stop! »

« The apartment is very nice and very clean. It is a well maintained gated complex and extremely easy to go back and forth to MD Anderson. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy driving distance as well. Owner was very prompt to respond to any questions and provides little things that you may forget! Just a reminder to those that are not use to downtown city traffic noise (like us!), the tram does run next to the apartment. Thankfully, we brought a fan so it faded out the traffic noise and...

« This rental was super convenient to Downtown, EADO, and all spots inside of the loop. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. The rental itself was pretty bare bones, but had everything I needed for a few days. I did not receive an email with check-in instructions, so there was some back and forth with Eddie, but we got it figured out quickly. As a woman traveling alone, I felt perfectly safe. »

« The rental looks exactly like the pictures and bigger than we expected. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was about 15 or 20 minutes away from everything we went to including driving downtown to DreamCon. It is located right down the street to NGR stadium and if this place is available we will stay again when we come to see the Texans play. The host responded to all our inquiries promptly and was very gracious to us. »

« Townhouse was located very conveniently to MD Anderson where our appointments were. Although we felt safe inside the house, neighborhood wasn’t the best. Very noisy at night. Garage parking was great. Wasn’t sent checking code but was able to call to get checked in. House is sparse. Not set up for cooking…coffee maker but no mugs/cups…no glassware, baking dishes, toaster, serving dishes etc. Limited linens. Second and third bedrooms have no dressers, lamps or places for suitcases nor chairs....

« Extremely easy to communicate with the owner. Answered my call immediately! Needs a few things in the kitchen and a little sketchy around the complex but that being did the security was extremely sufficient. Best most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in in a rental!!! Place was very clean »
