„Great space overall. The hot tub was listed but not actually operational. Didn’t realize the property was lived in by the owner which we realized when all the dresser drawers in the master bedroom had clothes in them and his personal items were in the bathroom. Would recommend providing some empty drawers for use as there were no drawers and no closet available in the master bedroom. Also recommend removing all personal food from the fridge and freezer. Or at least making a comment about items ...

„There were alot of instructions to gain access. Overall it worked out. Not sure who the cleaners were but the place did not look as if anyone had done a deep clean in a few months. The carpet looked as if someone had put cigarettes out on it. The baseboards and windowsills had dirt and dust. There was still decor from Halloween. The bathrooms looked dirty. The location was great and away from the downtown traffic. Overall it was ok. I would stay again if the deep cleaned the place. Oh and the ...

„Cleaning should be better - especially air ducts of AC have been extremely dirty! Pictures in Internet look really nice - actually it does not look that good... ;-( Bed is super old and uncomfortable Laundry detergent tabs, dish washer tabs and coffee tabs are only a few available ... as well as toilette paper... Communication with customer support was initially working after a few days this stopped entirely!?! A package of mine was lost by them... ?!“

„Great location, close to the convention center. Nice neighborhood to walk downtown to. Restaurants were also within walking distance. Very limited parking around the property, on a first come first served basis. “

„Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful.“
