Hotel Est d'Indianapolis

« There was a strange smell in the rooms, and I could smell people in other rooms smoking. »

« It is in a great location. A variety of food options in walking distance from hotel. The maintenance person, an older gentleman, was very friendly and helpful. »

« The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate. »

« Bon confort, cependant le divan-lit n'avait pas été nettoyé en dessous ni dans les cracks car nous avons trouvé un bas et du mangé et ce fût compliqué d'avoir des draps pour celui-ci. Pas eu de nouvelles serviettes ni débarbouillette pendant le séjour. Pour le restant, sensiblement bien. »

« I was checked in by Cameron who was so sweet and helpful! The room was much bigger than anticipated which was great and the bed was comfy. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. That was annoying and I told the cleaning crew I wanted people to know before trying to come in and they apologized. They also gave me a sign to put on the door So I was not disturbed again. Over all, it was a good...

« Upon my arrival I had to kill 3 cockroaches. And the Ac unit did not work all night long. Would turn on and off. It was a difficult night to be able to rest. Front desk staff was not polite; I had went downstairs to ask for the WiFi password and he was very rude to me. »

« No hair dryer, microwave or fridge in room. Loud arguments in lobby and halls several times during the night. »
