« The character & history were unbelievable, but the staffing was less than ideal. We didn’t see a single person there. Checkout time was pretty early & if you don’t get to breakfast early, you will miss out. There wasn’t even any coffee left. Glad I got a chance to stay there, but I’m not sure I’d go again… »

« James took great care of us. The property is an amazing old mansion, beautifully restored and very charming. James made us an amazing breakfast and was able to tell us all about the history of the mansion. I highly recommend staying there, truly a memorable experience. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hilo. Cute room! Clean, comfortable and had the amenities you’d hope to have in a single room setting. Host was kind and quick to be responsive. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance in Louisvilles “Highlands” neighborhood. Also close to downtown. I’ll come back here! »

« It was the best experience possible. James is amazing. It was such a good time. I didn't get the breakfast that he offered, but I KNOW it would have been top tier. I will be back. Many times over. Clean. Friendly. Private. By far the best experience I've ever had in a bed and breakfast. »
