« I attended a weekend conference at this hotel so it was selected for me. The staff were most friendly and my conference was excellent, but the hotel let itself down with ludicrous prices for food and beverages -- and my room had a ceiling of enormous cobwebs (see photo). One glass of red wine and a pint of beer was 13 pounds. The restaurant was full on the evening I arrived so I had to eat in the bar. My salad had 4 lettuce leaves and did not come with a dressing (see photo). The kitchen...
« Excellent stay. The only suggestion I would make is there needs to be dog waste bins outside, especially with it being a dog friendly hotel.
Otherwise, everything was brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay.
Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite.
Will definitely be staying again. »
« I would like to point out an absolute gentlemen (and not just because he changed our room without any fuss) in Nick for his lack of ego and profound sense of service first which proved his professionalism itâs a shame it canât be transferred to the rest of the staff in buckets.
