« The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful. »

« The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of...
