Gorgeous pool and seating areas outside. Too sad we weren't able to enjoy it more. Parking is on the street, since we arrived on the weekend at night it was challenging to find a spot. Walking distance to riverwalk. Will definitely book this place if we come to San Antonio. »

« My husband and 2 kids rented for the weekend. Finding the entry was a little confusing at first but we figured it out. The pictures of the property were a little deceiving. We thought the river was going to be right outside at our back door and it was not. It was really close but not that close. « Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and...

« The original code that was given was incorrect. I had to call the owner upon arrival regarding the code the owner gave a completely different code to the door. Crumbs were left in the bed the bathroom toilet was not cleaned and pee was on the floor the house smelled like cats/dogs . And you can only use the down stairs part of the house the upstairs is blocked off and was unable to enter the upstairs part of the home the shower was super small not a lot of turning room. »

« The location was perfect for a 3 day stay. Before we arrived we were concerned about car safety when parking in an unattended lot. We parked so that we could see our car from the apartment and there were no issues.My husband loved the San Antonio coffee table book and read most of it. The location was spot on for visiting what we wanted to see. I recommend the trolley for hop-on hop-off sight seeing. We will definitely stay here again if we visit San Antonio a second time. »
