The dining room centers around a sculptural fluted-edge table with bronze-toned legs and upholstered chairs—anchoring the room in quiet design.

-LIVING SPACE

The living room opens with volume and intention—20-foot cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a clean, open layout that draws light in from every direction. The views are uninterrupted, framed by glass and softened by the texture of the surrounding forest.

A natural stone wood-burning fireplace stands independently in the space—solid, sculptural, and quietly central. Opposite, a 20-foot architectural lighting wall with dimmable LEDs creates ambient tones that shift from warm to cool, adjusting with time of day or personal preference.

Above, a high-performance ceiling fan with both summer and winter modes works in tandem with the home’s 12-zone Japanese climate control system, ensuring consistent airflow and natural circulation—supporting both comfort and wellbeing year-round.

At ground level, a custom oversized sectional offers generous seating for groups, designed for long evenings, conversations, or quiet afternoons. An 85-inch SMART TV blends into the architecture, supported by discreet sound and a curated collection of board games for slower moments.

This is a space designed for presence. Nothing excessive—everything considered.

-OUTDOOR SPACE

A private, heated summer pool (available May–October) with lounge patio set next to it and surrounded by nature.

The outdoor Chef’s grill, fireplace lounge, and dining terrace are designed for long afternoons, open-air meals, and relaxed evening conversations.

Tucked throughout the grounds: mini golf, offering easy, spontaneous moments of fun for all ages.

Multiple seating areas are placed throughout the property—designed for quiet conversation, reading, or moments alone in nature.

-TECHNOLOGY & COMFORT

A high-performance ceiling fan in the main living area enhances circulation with adjustable speeds, seasonal modes, and LED lighting—working in sync with the climate system to support overall wellbeing.
