„Beautifully decorated room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. We had food and drinks at the Seadog pub which we would highly recommend. The only downside was the noise which was to be expected above a pub on a Saturday night but could also hear people going up and down the stairs during the night. Otherwise could not fault and host very helpful.“

„Our room was Yew and Eye, one of the newly built cabins in the garden of this historic inn with a twist. The design is like nothing we’ve ever seen before with surprises every way you look. The room itself has human eyeballs as a decorative theme which was fascinating and amusing. The standard double bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of useful storage and good ventilation. „The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back “

„As this is a very old inn (parts of it out of the 15th century) you of course cannot expect a super modern equipped hotel. BUT if you look for something special, clean and cosy this is for sure the perfect fit. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful and friendly.
