« This property was fantastic. Clean, great amenities, perfect location. On the edge of the caravan park so super quiet with lovely views. Only a few mins walk to the beach, where you can also get a £2 bus into Rye every hour (or a £15 taxi but make sure to call and book in advance). Ross was a very responsive host who helped with our every need. Would recommend and would stay again! »

« We had an absolutely amazing girlie weekend, we were also blessed with beautiful weather so made full use of garden and sea! Living area is just as big as it looks on the photos and was perfect for a big group to natter and have fun! Part of the drive way is very narrow (as advised on listing) but we had some amazing drivers who nailed it!Neighbours were lovely and friendly too!Thank you so much :) »

« Maria was an excellent host . There when we could not get hot tub started . Check in super easy. Good kitchen facilities. Wi fi . The tennis court was the greatest success. We were a family of 12 . 6adults 6children .What a grand house it was. It was a little dated and the Xmas decs tickled us in Aug .but the property was really lovely .
