„Daughter and I visited my granddaughter who goes to TU. The house was perfect for us! Very close to the campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some of the pleasant surprises were the private back yard with a deck and comfy chairs for watching birds, squirrels and bunnies; lights above the twin beds for reading; caring and gracious hosts. „The duplex was cute but not as clean as I was hoping for. Also, the pictures and description say it’s a private backyard but it’s a duplex and someone else lives in the other side and you share the backyard with them. It felt a little awkward being in someone else’s space because the entire yard is fenced in but half of it belongs to the people who live on the other side. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe and the location is nice. “
