« Complex was amazing! So spacious for our family and came equipped with games and everything you need to cook and be comfortable. A few carpet stains and small master bath but we loved it! »

« Everyone working at the property was very welcoming and eager to answer questions and give suggestions. Property was beautiful and well-appointed. I didnt like being put next to the pool (Im a single) because children were literally screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs all day and into the evening. Parents did nothing. That was the only downside of my stay. Everything else was top-notch. Loved covered and secure parking and shuttle services too. »

« Everything about our stay was great. The only issue we had was finding the light switch for the kitchenette. It was behind the TV. We loved everything about the lodge especially the staff. Great location with the gondola on the property that takes you downtown. The look of the place is awesome! »

« definitely did not get the memo on the front desk closing at eight or 8:30 PM which I guess is typical of Vail Valley. Learned something new! I definitely had a very unfortunate check in experience and was not very happy to be searching for the key for 45 minutes and was not given the option for a luggage cart. Let allow any kind of assistance and I was told that I needed to wait until the morning. overall, I missed the opportunity to get into the hot tub because of all the nonsense from the...

« The property was lovely. Very well maintained. It’s in an area attached to an outside Mall that was very nice. Just down the street from Vail’s main village. Staff was great. The only downside is there is no air conditioning but we had fans and it was fine. »

« Great location and amenities, just had a lot of elevator issues while we were there. They’re in the process of repairing but it made it difficult to lug gear, otherwise can’t beat being steps from the lift and anything else you need! »
