« This is a very small 500sf house. It’s a tiny house in the main house’s backyard. It is well decorated with lots of knickknacks. It is very clean & well maintained. The caretaker lives in the main house & is very responsive to any questions or problems you may have. The stairs are VERY steep. If anyone has any mobility issues, then going up to the bedroom would be very tough or potentially dangerous when going down for certain individuals. I would definitely make a BIG point of this on...
