„The hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.“

„The pool area was very nice, liked the variety of games. Our room was clean and beds very comfortable. Really liked the shower head! Hotel close to the mall and botanical gardens. Wish there were recycling bins for plastic bottles and soda cans though. Would definitely come back.“
