« The converted jail was such an interesting and unique place to stay. The property is beautiful, the house and room were clean and inviting, and the cell block was a great place to hang out and explore. We loved morning coffee on the balcony and the fabulous whirlpool tub for relaxing. Make sure to check out the incredible food at the local Algerian restaurant, and a lovely river walk, or explore the four story antique mall in town! »

« My husband and I had a quick one night stay as we passed thru town on our way to Minnesota. Property was exactly as described. Tim, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Cute little place when you would like a little bit more than a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Close to many things you may need/want during your stay. We look forward to our next visit. Hopefully longer than one night next time. Thanks, Tim! »

« We were a little disappointed by the lack of dinnerware and cookware in the kitchen. None of the basics ie: salt, oil, dishwasher detergent were available. We tried to use the oven but when turning it on to preheat it was evident by the immediate smokiness that the oven was very dirty and we immediately turned it off. The bedrooms were nice but livingroom seating was sparse and uncomfortable, no dining table options. This is in a great location if you are looking for just a place to sleep and...
