„Hotel room was clean inside, but the yard/parking lot was very dirty, lot of sand and small gravel pieces close to the room that got inevitably taken inside when room is entered. Sadly, the window was blocked and could not be opened to have fresh air for a good sleep. The air condition in the room was awfully noisy so that we had to turn it off. Consequently, the air became very warm and stuffy over night and we could hardly sleep. Moreover, the temperatur controller of the shower didn't work, ...

The pool was not working when we were there, so I am sur they have fixed it by now since we were there in July 2025. If we are travelling down I-70 and we stay in Limon, it will be right here at the Best Western“
