« I really enjoyed my overnight stay at the Happy Place. As a single traveler it was perfect for me. Great excellent communication from the owner, and very easy check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything you would need. The shower was great and the large bed was perfect! I had a fantastic stay at this property and might stay there again next year, if I make it to South Dakota. »

« The house was as "advertised" with four good sized bedrooms - 2 king, 2 Queen. The check in was super easy - the owner allowed us to check in almost four hours early, which we really appreciated!There was a full size kitchen, which we used for several meals. There was a large dining room table for enjoying meals as well. This property was centrally located, a short 12 - 15 minutes (2.8 mi) from Falls Park. We would certainly stay here again if in the area »

« The place was absolutely perfect for a family with young kids and a dog. Had every appliance and utensils you’d need. Beds were super comfy and the location could not have been better. »

« This was a perfect place for our family. Great location, easy to get to all our events going on. Very spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and the host was very awesome to work with! Pool was a great hit. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Brian. The bread and eggs were a bonus! »

The only things that disappointed us was a small bathroom (which the way the house is, its nothing about the all in all experience ) i will definitely have another reservation hopefully soon. 10 out of 10 ❤️ »

« We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood. »

« We stayed here just passing through after visiting the Black Hills. It was perfect for our family and a one night stay for all of us. The location was great too because it was only minutes from a lot of restaurants and other amenities in the area. Sioux Falls was much bigger than expected and can definately feel crowded very quickly leaving the house especially during weekday rush hour times. This location was good for what we were looking for. I'm not sure it would be good spending more than a...
