„Very nice apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed seeing the water from our patio and having a nice cozy fireplace. Everything we needed was there and we could walk to shops and restaurants. Our host made directions very easy. And we had a notebook full of helpful hints for everything including activities, restaurants etc. would love to stay there again“

„Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. “

„For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.“
