« Although it felt more like staying at an Air B&B than a hotel, the rooms were clean, the owners were friendly, and the stay was satisfactory. The hotel is a little far from the centre of Rome, although I had some business to attend to in the nearby office, so I didn't find it too inconvenient. Also, there is a train station and bus stop nearby, and access to the city centre and airport is relatively good. The area is dark at night, and there is not an abundance of restaurants or shops, so it may...
« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, just a short walk from the vibrant Trastevere food district and with easy access to public transport. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Waseem, who was exceptionally helpful and hospitable throughout our visit.
Will be back for sure.đ »
« Very nice, with everything you could need. Very clean and quiet despite the window facing the street. Davide is very attentive, helpful and takes really good care of his guests. The location may be a little far from the center of Rome, but is very accessible by public transport (only a few minutes) or even on foot. Would choose this place again without hesitation. »
« Davide and the staff were excellent. Very accommodating. The place was hard to find and a couple of very minor things didn't work as expected (e g., safe, variety of breakfast options), but overall it was a wonderful experience. »
« Comfy room. Large windows we can open to get fresh air. 10ft high ceiling and a lot of natural light. Nice place well located. A place I would consider coming back. »
« The owner, Alex, was extremely helpful with directions to the property from the airport & to local places of interest. He gave very specific instructions for features of the property & also recommended an excellent local restaurant. We enjoyed our time in Rome! »
"We really appreciated our stay at this hotel. Not only the hotel and the rooms were clean and well decorated but the staff was very friendly and responded quickly to all our needs, an experience we did not always have in other hotels. And then there are all these little something: free mini bar with all sorts of refreshments and even beer, filled daily for free, machine to fill our water bottles with ice and a choice of still or sparkling water before going to visit, laundry room with iron and iron board, vending machine including not only the usual but also, wine bottles, roof top terrace with jacuzzi and a full gym. We read comments about the location. While it is not right next to the Coloseum, we walked everywhere in the city. It is a mere 15 minutes walk from the Trevi fountain, 17 to the Pantheon, and so on. I highly recommend it. A steal for the price. In fact, I will even start looking for other IQ hotels in my future travel elsewhere. A great experience. And there is even a great restaurant on the rooftop."
