« It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking.
It did smell very musty, which I know the owners were trying to fix as there are air purifiers in several spots. The AC was window units not central air. The beds were...

In the middle of wine country too!Beds were A.comfy, Heather had great communication and recommendations, and having the fire pit was nice.
