Location and cleanliness were excellent, water leaking down the corner of our room not pleasant, appeared to be water damage just outside our room and flowed down the inside wall making the tiles at entry wet and very slippery.

When I had an issue the staff fixed it with no complaints. The bed ended up not being the best for me and my partners back and woke up very very stiff and sore. The size of the bed was great though.

Hi Bruce, water is available at reception as with the rest of our in demand mini bar. Sadly our restaurant has been closed since May 2022, we do hope we can find a chef/cook soon as we have been looking for over 9 months now. Whilst street noise is out of our control, we can certainly look at improving the curtains.
