„The room was clean and in a good location. The bathroom floor was terrible. The tiles were lifting and stuck to your feet.“

There was a lack of attention to the details though, leaving things looking unfinished. For example, the ice maker didn't make ice and there wasn't an alternative ice tray to make ice, one of the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn't work, and other small things.“

„Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers. ...
