„This property is beautifully renovated and is a perfect location to enjoy edenton and all it has to offer. We used it mostly as an extension to sleep in as my parents live in the area and we were all home for the holidays. The king bed was the only one slept in as we had pack n plays for our kids and the bed was comfy although a little squeaky! Gorgeous private landscaped waterfront setting. Water on canal side is shallow enough for my 3 and 5 year old great granddaughters to swim. Will be booking next year for sure!“

„We were in the area to fish a Major League Fishing event on the Chowan River. The house and yard are very well maintained. The back porch has nice furniture, and a great view of the Sound. Beautiful sunsets! An added bonus was how friendly the neighbors on both sides are! Definitely plan to come back!“
