HUGE BEACH/TRAVEL THEME BARNDO

WELCOME TO OUR NEWLY RENOVATED AND UPGRADED VRBO HOUSE!!! We just dropped a ton of money to make your experience even better. Our place was already a huge hit that stayed extremely busy but there was just something missing. What we have put together, added, replaced, and completed will give you an unforgettable experience for people of all ages.
You will have the opportunity to visit different places around the country downstairs in our travel theme rooms and hallway. Upstairs, grab your sunscreen and umbrella and come relax on our tropical island in a place you have to see to believe, you may not want to leave :)

THE LAYOUT
We live in the front part of the house while the VRBO section is in the 2nd half. It is completely separated from our living space as guest have their own 2 private entrances along with soundproof walls and doors. PLEASE NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC, ETC as we live on the other side of the house. This is NOT the place for people outside your group to be in and out of the house at all hours of the night partying. We want every group to have fun, make memories, but please be respectful that we live on the other side.

VRBO UPSTAIRS

- 3 Queen Beds (1 of them is located in a private section that can be closed off with a curtain)
- 2 Leather Sofa's that easily fold out to Queen Beds
- 1 Twin Bed
- 2 Twin Day Beds that have Trundles that roll out with mattresses on them
- 2 Full Tropical Beach Bathrooms
- Tropical Beach Kitchen
- 85 Inch TV and 43 inch TV
- HVAC mini-split unit
- Bar High Top/Chairs along with a foldout table
- 2 Leather Recliners
- 5 Adirondack Beach Chairs - you may fall asleep in them :)

- Patio/Putt Putt area
- Big Charcoal Grill
- 2 Outdoor Showers

LOCATION
Located a half mile right off Highway 17, we are in the PERFECT location for individuals coming from all different directions. The property sits on 50 acres of farmland with beautiful scenic views. Don't let this fool you though, we are around 5 minutes away from town, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. The unique "Barn" look is one of a kind in the area with plenty of room for parking.

HITTING FACILITY/GAME ROOM
Ask about our HUGE Baseball/Softball Hitting Facility along with humongous space for guest to hangout in. This is located right behind our house/VRBO. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, recliners, couches, chairs, 7 TVs (98 and 85 inch). This is a SEPARATE FEE from VRBO but very reasonable price if open or available. Please ask for more info on this very cool setup where guest can just hangout in!! We offer Baseball/Softball Hitting, Pitching, Volleyball, Soccer, Wiffle Ball, Ping Pong, Pool, Air Hockey, and Foosball. More info and pricing can be found on social FB media "THE BARN LLC"

I realize how important family time is and the cost of things these days which is one of the reasons why I do this. Family and friends are a big part of my life and this provides me the opportunity to see them more often. When they are not in town, this house can be used by families from all over without having to stress about paying a ton of money for hotel rooms. This is the perfect place to stay for a very reasonable price that offers several things other places cannot.
This place is also great for the ones who are traveling to the Outer Banks and want to get that extra day of vacation without having to burn a vacation day on the road all day. We are only an hour away and great opportunity for families big or small to stay, get up early, and beat the traffic to enjoy an extra day at the beach. We even had some groups stay here the whole week or weekend and commute back and forth to save money on the overpriced rates the beach offers.
