    The apartment is located right on the bike path with off street parking. Located above a quaint little fly fishing shop and is quiet in the mornings and evenings.

    It is less than a 10 minute walk to historic downtown Edgartown with restaurants closer. The grocery store is located less than 5 minutes by foot. Edgartown is full of amazing restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, bars, lighthouse and beach.

Very Cute and Excellent Location

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Short walking distance to downtown Edgartown, parade, fireworks, shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Place was as described, cute, clean and parking was great.

Great trip!

The apartment is in a great location for walking into Edgartown and the near by grocery. It was perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed our stay! Great mother-daughter week!

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding, and it was the perfect location. Clean, bright, and comfortable.

Just a quick stay... but the location was great. Just a 10 min walk to Edgartown. We did have a car but the weather was so perfect we walked. Bed was comfortable. Many great restaurants close- We loved Rockfish!

Unfortunately there were no paper towels, toilet paper, tissues or body wash. An entire wall of outlets did not have power. There were also no hangers and we were there for a wedding. Hard to keep formal wear in drawers. The most disappointing for us was the coffee maker was broken and moldy. We are coffee addicts and packed our own coffee to brew. We ended up spending a small fortune on all the paper products and soap we needed. We also purchased a small coffee maker and left it there. The apt is on a busy main road. Tavern and Stop and shop is within walking distance. The apt. was very clean and comfortable. Mattress is a full size very soft but comfortable.

Everything we needed

Great location convenient to downtown Edgartown, this apartment had a nice queen private bedroom for the parents and a fold out queen for our 17 and 15yr olds. Full kitchen, A/C, full bath…….everything we needed for a homebase. Would stay here again.

Great Stay!

We loved our long weekend stay at this property. Great location (car rental shop on one side, bike rentals the other, convienence store across street, Stop and Shop and a liquor store down the road and plenty of restaurants) with the heart of Edgartown a short walk away. Host were easy to work with and we hope to return!

Weekend wedding

This was the perfect cozy apartment for a weekend wedding I had to attend. Super convenient, and located right near a deli, grocery store, and several restaurants. Owner of the house was very helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Condo is in a great location. It’s right on the bus line and near grocery store and nice restaurants. Great for those that don’t bring a car over. Not overly priced and it is comfortable.

All was great and it was the perfect landing spot for my trip. Only feedback I have is the light out back was really dim or out in general so it was dark at night and the mini split didn’t seem to cooperate with changes. Overall it was fine because I wasn’t there much other than to sleep and get ready for my day but wanted to provide that feedback. Thanks so much!

Great location and cute apartment

We were in town for a weeding and found the location to be super convenient. The apartment is great for a couple. My only recommendation would be for the apartment to have a full body mirror ($20 mirror from Walmart) especially when getting ready for a wedding. The only mirror is in the bathroom. Other than that great spot and stay.

Vineyard escape

The place is just as the picture shows. Definitely on the smaller side, but comfortable for a family of four with two young children. The location could not be better! You are in walking distance of a Stop & Shop, bike rental, car rental, restaurants, and downtown Edgartown. Right on the bike path. The place could have been stocked with towels and more kitchen supplies.

Great escape!

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway for three moms before the summer craziness with kids begins! Perfect location, cozy and well appointed, prompt communication with the owner and ample parking which you can’t take for granted in Edgartown. We brought linens just in case…which we did need for the pullout couch as they weren’t provided. FYI. Gem of a place! Would definitely return!

Better choices can be made

First the positives....the host was great to communicate with and responsive. Furthermore, the check in/out process was really easy. Additionally water pressure in shower was great. On the downside the place was overpriced when I compare it to what our friends paid for rooms at inns nearby. The furniture was wet from what I assume was a prior occupant leaving the windows open when it rained; the bed needs to be upgraded and the entrance from the rear of the building leaves a lot to be desired. My guess is if you are in your 20's or 30's this place is fine but if you typically stay at nice places the current in place rating is too high.

A mixed review

The apartment is fine and the location is good. But the heat didn’t work our first night of our stay so we were very uncomfortable. The host remediated the situation but didn’t respond right away. In addition we had arranged to stay for one more night and we received notice that we were expected to leave. That too was remedied but shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The bed is soft and there was no toilet paper. In short it wasn’t a great experience.
