« We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. And breakfast was okay. If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym. »

There was only half a role of toilet paper in the bathroom, no spare role. They charged me an extra $2 / day to use the kitchenette, yet there ne no bowls or spoons or anything to be able to use in the kitchenette. They charged a $10 / day room service fee. Yet, the beds were not made, there were no clean towels, garbage was never...
