« First off the day I was supposed to check in I messaged Carlos multiple times in which he never replied so I had to call him! He then stated he had no reservations he had to check with co host and would call me back! He never called back next thing I know I received notification for cancel and then refund!!!! « The house was great. Only problem was the washer did not work properly and our clothes still had soap in them even after i washed them again without detergent. We have stayed before and the washer did not work then. I recommend a new washer. Everything else with the house was good. »

« Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund...
