A stylish one bedroom apartment on a quiet crescent just off Fountainbridge, well placed for everything in central Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle, the Grassmarket, Princes Street and Haymarket station are all around 20 minutes on foot, and Haymarket gives you the airport tram and direct trains through to Glasgow.

The living and dining room has tall sash windows, soft sage walls and a generous corner sofa, with a wall mounted smart TV and a dining table for two. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook rather than eat out every night. Fast wifi throughout.

The double bedroom is warm and restful, with wall lights either side of the bed and quality linen. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a heated towel rail, with fresh towels and hotel quality linen provided.

The Union Canal towpath is a few minutes from the door, a lovely walk that takes you out towards Harrison Park in one direction and into the city in the other. Lothian Road`s bars and restaurants, the EICC and the Usher Hall are all close by, and you are well placed for the Fringe, rugby at Murrayfield and the Christmas markets.

Please note the flat is on the 1st floor with stair access and no lift.

The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.

At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.


To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
