Three 55 years olds enjoying the wonderful Christmas season in Edinburgh. We rented this nice apartment for location and it did not disappoint. Its location to all the things we wanted to do was amazing. Keep in mind that there are three floors to climb to get to the apartment but worth it. Just pack light. The apartments kitchen and bathrooms were lovely and updated. The bedrooms and living room was very dormitory. The beds and pillows were fine. Our recommendations for the property manager: Leave more paper products. We were staying for 6 nights and had to purchase our own toilet paper and napkins. Leave more towels as 2 towels per bedroom for 6 nights left us washing your towels with laundry detergent we purchased. Same for garbage pick up. One garbage bag for 6 nights and no one collects it for 6 days? Pay someone to come in every 4 days for a 30 min refresh. Stock new towels, toilet paper vacuum and take out garbage. The floors were marginally clean when we got there so 6 days later, it was bad.As a property manager myself, I would add more mirrors and update the living room furniture. This is a great apartment that could be even better with small improvements and better supplies.
